|Summary||0000055: SQL Syntax bug when auto time extension is used|
|Description||If you have the automatic auction time extension feature turned on and you perform a bid within the last two minutes of the auction, you get the following error (at least I did using MySQL 5.1):|
23-09-2009, 16:16:55:: Database access error. Please contact the site administrator. UPDATE FROM webid_auctions SET ends = ends + 300 WHERE id = 5
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'FROM webid_auctions SET ends = ends + 300 WHERE id = 5' at line 1
page:C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\rf\auction08\bid.php line:79
The problem is that the word FROM should be taken out.
This bug was reported a while back, and i'm surprised to see it in the 0.8 source code.
One other thing: the countdown timer in the item detail is all very nice, but it isn't accurate when auctions get extended.
