Summary0000398: subtitle
DescriptionI just recently allow subtitles to be used then had to immediately turn it off.

Tested on 2 sites, one that it running a fresh install (1.0.6) and a moded (some template edits and php edits) and once you fill out the title then tab down to subtitles it added the subtitle fee cost in. If you click back into the subtitle box it then adds the cost again, I have the fee set to $.10 (USD of course) after tabbing and even typing in something then deleting the characters added, it still charges the costs and some. I reached up too $1.20 until I finally said ok, disable.

Tried with default theme and custom theme with same outcome.

I only have Chrome to test as my anal husband has IE and FF locked out on our machines.

Not sure if this happened with the other version's as I never activated that feature until now.

Ok tested it a bit longer.
It displays this on the Sell page when making the auction, but once clicking submit to preview it shows the Fee Amount as 0.00 so it notices that there isn't anything there. Maybe it is suppose to appear that way on adding an auction. Encase that is so you can close this, but really hope it isn't suppose too, my users are going to freak out, as I did :)

OK heres a fix
in sell.tpl replace
        if (st > 0 && $("#subtitle").val().length == 0)
            updatefee(subtitle_fee * -1);
        st = $("#subtitle").val().length;

        if (st > 0 && $("#subtitle").val().length == 0)
            updatefee(subtitle_fee * -1);
            st = 0;
        elseif (st == 0 && $("#subtitle").val().length != 0)
            st = subtitle_fee;
